What does MADE TO ORDER mean?
-Made to order are those items that are not held in inventory. These items are noted with MADE TO ORDER icon within the product image.
What is the MADE TO ORDER production time?
-Our standard production timing is 2-3 weeks from order placement.
**Due to the current status of staffing, supply chain logistics, product inventory and production delays due to covid and the global economy - please allow 4-6 weeks for on demand orders**
What are my shipping options?
There are two options.
-Ship direct to your designated address. (this is the best option for MADE TO ORDER items)
Will I be notified when my order has shipped?
-When your order is being shipped directly to your designated address you will receive tracking as soon as the order ships.
-For orders being dropped off at the RW headquarters you will receive a confirmation email that your order is complete.
What if I have ordered stock items and MADE TO ORDER items on the same order? When should I expect my order to ship?
-Your order will ship complete once the MADE TO ORDER items are finished. (2-3 weeks)
What if I want my stock items now and will wait for the MADE TO ORDER items to come later?
-Please email rwstore@maapparel.com for this request. Please note there will be an additional shipping charge for the split shipment.
What if I have an event in hand date prior to the 2-3 weeks?
-We will do our best to meet your event needs. Please email rwstore@maapparel.com with your specific needs and event date.
What if I am not seeing what I need in the store?
-We would be glad to provide you with options for any of your event needs. Please email rwstore@maapparel.com with your specific request.
What is the return policy?
-Only stock items are returnable. All MADE TO ORDER items are not returnable.
-Other approved returns: If you received a defective/damaged item or if we have shipped something to you in error email chris@booshiepromo.com within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will send out a prepaid postage for the return.
